Sway docs
Sway is an offer exchange for AI shopping agents. A shopper's agent posts an encrypted purchase intent. Brands keep sealed USDC rebate offers in a category book, and every offer is scored against the intent inside Arcium's multi-party computation (MPC) network. The shopper's top three come back sealed to a key that only the shopper's device holds. After a verified purchase, the winning brand's rebate is held in escrow on Solana through the merchant's return window, and the shopper then claims it to any address. Cashback from affiliate commissions, for intents that no brand offer fits, is built into the program and the API and turns on when the deployment connects an affiliate network.
The pilot covers one vertical, running and outdoor footwear and gear, for shoppers in the US. Brands join in the brand console at https://swayoffers.com/console, and agent developers in the integrator console at https://swayoffers.com/agents.
Three roles
| Role | What you do with Sway | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Brands | Register in the brand console at https://swayoffers.com/console, post a USDC bond, fund campaigns, post sealed offers, record the orders that arrive with a Sway voucher and refund returns | For brands |
| Agent developers | Register in the integrator console at https://swayoffers.com/agents and register each agent device's key there. Then run the @sway/mcp package beside your shopping agent. Its five tools find offers, issue vouchers, report purchases and claim rebates for your users | For agent developers |
| Shoppers | Shop through an agent that uses Sway, then claim each rebate to an address you choose | For shoppers |
Brands and agent developers sign with a browser wallet, so start with Connect a wallet. An agent device keeps its own keys in the operating system's keychain, and shoppers only ever give an address.
The Sway operator works on the operator page at https://swayoffers.com/admin with the deployment's Config admin wallet. It activates a brand's merchant once the bond is posted, approves each new integrator, resolves disputes, and suspends merchants and releases their bonds.
The money
All amounts settle in USDC, which has 6 decimals. The API counts in base units, so 1 USDC is 1000000.
| Brand offer | |
|---|---|
| Funded by | The brand's campaign vault: the rebate plus 15% of it |
| Shopper receives | The full rebate the brand offered |
| Integrator (agent developer) receives | 5% of the rebate |
| Sway receives | 10% of the rebate |
| Charged when | The purchase is verified |
| Paid out | At claim, once the lock ends |
A brand pays nothing to list an offer or to take part in matching. Arithmetic, caps and a worked example are in Fees and settlement. Sway's whole share buys $SWAY on the market and burns it (The SWAY token).
